Ushers help create a smooth and welcoming experience for new students during their Welcome Ceremony. There are going to be staff ushers already in the Bella from the conservatory, so your role is to support with seating, welcoming and exiting students.

Ushers will:

• Greet and welcome attendees - please ensure that students have wristbands and have checked - in. If they still need to check-in, they can do so at Mainstreet.
• Direct students to seating areas - seats will be labelled with the appropriate program names. Please have students sit neat the front of the row, filling the closest to the stage first.
• Provide general wayfinding support (e.g., restrooms, exit)
• Support with the flip of the space and adjust seating covers by removing the previous ones and replacing with the next cohort
