The check-in booth will verify confirmation of registration and you will be checking in the student. NEW THIS YEAR! You will be finding students on a master sheet by program and indicating they have attended. Then, you hand out colour-coded wristbands based on the program. If a student is not registered, you will add them to the bottom of the Google Sheet and include their student ID, first and last name. Due to this change there will be training required. You may be the first point of contact with students, We are looking for volunteers who are welcoming, and are prepared to answer general inquiries.

Volunteer Training:
August 20th 12:00pm-12:30pm online 
August 26th 1:00pm-1:30pm online

Upon registration invitations will be sent for training.
