During this time slot, students will be arriving for tours starting at 2:30 p.m starting at East Gate. These tours are hosted by recruiters and there is very limited access for students. Sign-up for these tours starts at 2:15 p.m and there is roughly 35 spots available per tour which will be managed via 50/50 ticket and paper sign-up sheets. The tour times are the following: 

We are looking for volunteers who are welcoming, approachable and knowledgeable. You will be greeting students and answering general inquiries. You will direct students to proper locations for more information.

• Support lost students and provide a wristband for the day events 
• Use the Master schedule to determine where the student should be in relation to their program - it is suggested that one staff walks them roughly to the space
