The check-in booth is required both on days and different groups of students are attending each day. As a check-in volunteer, you will verify students' ticket for orientation and hand out colour-coded wristbands. As the first point of contact with students, you have the opportunity to provide students with a warm welcome to campus and answer general inquiries. 

If a student is not registered, you can add them to a tracking list and include their student ID, birthday and program. 

• There is no fee for orientation - tracking is for program numbers, not fee collection 
• If they can not provide proof of registration, but say they have registered, add them to the tracking list. 
• The welcome addresses start at 9:00 a.m 
• The gym is labeled with seating based on program and is colour-coded as well.
